Aetna Medicare plans
With an Aetna Medicare Advantage plan, you can get your Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) benefits. They’re all combined in one simple plan. Aetna Medicare Advantage plans also offer additional benefits not covered by Original Medicare.
Aetna Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans typically offer prescription drug coverage. And plans can also include coverage for routine dental care, vision, wellness programs, such as SilverSneakers®, and more.

Aetna Medicare Advantage plans include benefits and services that Original Medicare doesn’t cover. Some of these benefits can include the following:
- Prescription drug coverage
Aetna Medicare Advantage plans include prescription home delivery through the CVS Caremark® Mail Service Pharmacy. This pharmacy will be a provider in our Medicare advantage network in 2024. They may also contract with other plans. - Routine dental, vision and hearing coverage
Original Medicare does not provide coverage for dental and vision care or hearing aids. But Aetna Medicare Advantage plans offer these benefits, including coverage for hearing exams.
Some plans offer an annual allowance that reimburses you for select products and services up to the allowance amount. - Fitness memberships
A Medicare Advantage plan from Aetna can include a membership to SilverSneakers.
SilverSneakers is a fitness and wellness program designed for adults age 65 and over. It includes fitness classes, sports leagues, clubs and facility amenities like saunas and pools at over 15,000 participating gym locations nationwide.* - 24/7 Nurse Line

- Provides coverage with a nationwide network of medical providers and facilities.
- $0 copay for all preventive services covered under Original Medicare
- More flexibility to visit out-of-network providers and medical facilities.
