A SilverSneakers basic fitness membership gives you access to thousands of gyms and fitness centers nationwide. You may be able to lift weights, run and more. 

You can also participate in fitness classes for older adults like strength training, cardio, and yoga. The program also provides online resources like live fitness classes and on-demand workout videos. This allows you to stay active from the comfort of your home.
